1. Begin by selecting your tea, whether bagged or loose
leaf. Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz. of water.
2. Bring cool, fresh, filtered or bottled water to a boil.
3. Pour the water into the vessel, which can be the strainer
that holds the tea, a teapot lined with tea or into your
cup with a tea bag.
4. Let the tea brew for 3 - 5 minutes.
5. Remove the strainer with tea leaves, remove tea bag
or pour tea into cup over strainer if you've used a teapot
lined with loose leaf tea.
6. At this time, if you so desire, you can sweeten, add
milk or lemon.
